Playable titles and previews may be changed, rebalanced, interrupted, or removed. Preview pages describe concepts in development and are not promises of a release date or final feature set. The service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Site code, writing, artwork, and game presentation may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Browser Games also uses open-source software, including Phaser under the MIT License. The required third-party notices remain available at the link below.
No accounts or purchases
The current version has no user accounts, subscriptions, in-game purchases, or payment processing. If these features are introduced later, the relevant terms and privacy information will be updated before they are offered.
