Help: playing and saving browser games

Start a game, understand local progress and report a useful problem without giving away personal information.

Start with the game page

Choose a game, read its objective and press Play. The cover is a loading invitation, not the running game. Some games then show their own menu. Wait for that menu before pressing Start again. You do not need a portal account, application download or payment to enter the current collection. A desktop browser and a phone can have different graphics and input capabilities; read a game’s device notes rather than assuming every game supports touch.

If loading fails

Check the connection, then use Retry once. If the game opens but does not move, click or tap inside it so it can receive input, and check whether it is paused. Exit expanded view before changing device orientation or navigating away. A browser extension, blocked storage, WebGL restriction or unavailable audio device can affect one game without meaning the whole site is offline. Try another supported browser before deleting data.

Send the page URL, game name, device, browser version, visible error and the steps immediately before it. Note whether the portal cover, game menu or active gameplay was visible. Do not email a full browser profile, passwords, verification codes or payment information. A screenshot should exclude other tabs and private messages.

Local progress is not a cloud account

Many games store records, settings or progress in this browser. Another device, another browser profile or private browsing may start with no record. Clearing site data can delete progress. The Privacy page’s clear button removes portal favourites/history and related portal records; individual games can use independent storage, so use their own reset/export controls or browser site-data settings as appropriate. A published leaderboard entry is server-side and needs a separate removal request.

Sound, controls and advertisements

Browsers normally require a user action before playing sound. Check the game’s sound and music controls separately, and use mute when needed. Keyboard shortcuts belong to the focused game; touch controls should remain within its surface. Twin Trail shares one keyboard, while KEYLINE needs supported MIDI hardware for full piano input.

Advertisements are labelled separately from play controls. You never need to click an advertisement to support us, unlock a level or leave a page. Report any placement that covers a control. Advertising consent and optional analytics have separate settings; clearing game history is not a substitute for withdrawing either choice.
